Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Cade Market, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates cademarket.org (the "Service"), a probability-scoring research platform that helps risk analysts assess the likelihood of near-term geopolitical and economic events. The Service ingests intelligence signals continuously, applies calibration weights based on historical source accuracy, and produces a probability score with a confidence interval and source attribution for each event category we cover. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site or use the research portal, how we use it, and the rights available to you.
This Policy applies to information we collect through the Service and through direct communications with you. We are based at 78 Southwest Seventh Street, Floor 8, Miami, FL 33131, United States and can be reached at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly, including:
- Account registration details (name, email address, employer or company, job title, and the subscription tier you select);
- Payment billing information you provide at checkout, processed through our third-party payment processor (we receive only a billing reference and card-type summary, not your full card number or CVV);
- Research preferences and event-category filter configurations you save inside the platform;
- The content of any messages you send us through contact or support forms.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit cademarket.org or use the research portal, we automatically collect:
- Platform usage logs: event categories queried, source types viewed, search terms and filter settings applied during research sessions, and session timestamps;
- Feature engagement signals (which probability charts, confidence intervals, and source-attribution panels you access), used in aggregate to improve scoring calibration and platform coverage;
- IP address and approximate location (city and region level);
- Browser type, operating system, and device class;
- Pages visited, referring URLs, time on page;
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5).
2.3 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data
cademarket.org is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the core Service: produce probability scores, confidence intervals, and source attributions for the event categories you research, and display them in your analyst workspace;
- Operate and improve the Bayesian scoring engine using aggregated, anonymized platform usage patterns (individual query content is not used to retrain models without your explicit written consent);
- Process subscription billing through our payment processor and manage your access tier;
- Send service updates and (where required by applicable law, with your consent) marketing communications, including material platform changes such as new event categories, source additions, and methodology updates;
- Respond to inquiries, support requests, and data-rights requests;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
The probability scores, confidence intervals, and source attributions produced by the Service are research outputs intended to support analyst workflow. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, currency, or other financial instrument. Analysts remain solely responsible for the decisions they make using information obtained from the Service.
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see your state's section below.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (including hosting infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics) under contractual confidentiality terms that restrict their use of data to the services they provide to us;
- Authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our users, or the public;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy and advance notice to affected users.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, maintain your authenticated session, remember your filter and event-category preferences, and measure platform usage. For full details and your opt-out choices, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal or accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Specifically:
- Subscriber account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and for 12 months after termination, to support billing reconciliation, reactivation requests, and legal claims;
- Platform usage logs are retained in identifiable form for 90 days, then aggregated and stripped of account-level identifiers;
- Billing references (invoice records, payment confirmations) are retained for seven years to meet applicable accounting and tax obligations;
- Anonymized, aggregated score-accuracy and calibration data are retained as part of the scoring-engine methodology record;
- Inactive marketing-list contacts who have not interacted with the Service in 24 months are removed from mailing lists.
7. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and the Cade Market platform. Subscriber data is stored in access-controlled databases operating under least-privilege access policies. The probability scoring infrastructure is logically separated from public-facing web services. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that determined unauthorized access will never occur. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities as required by law.
8. Your General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. State-specific rights are described in Sections 9 and 9.5 below.
9. Florida Residents (FDBR)
The Florida Digital Bill of Rights ("FDBR") gives Florida consumers the rights described below. The FDBR's main controller-obligation chapters apply primarily to large operators; we extend the consumer-rights provisions to all Florida visitors as a matter of policy.
